There was something about a jukeyard that held appeal to it. So many things left to be garbage... Perhaps the sheer amount of scrap metal you could find and use to repair things. Maybe it was just the simple aspect of building... Or maybe it was the amount of zombies that existed in the graveyard just waiting for humans to attack if they could manage to. The area was quite a good area to hide for the smarter zombies if they remembered to not go out and get shot by the raiders. Letting the dumber zombies get weeded out was a good way to make sure that only the best stayed alive to cause trouble to people. But one of the zombies was not acting quite like the rest. Of course, she was a moderate level zombie, so she was aware of her zombism but she was at a very early stage of it.
So the straight haired, greek sixteen year old in a slightly ragged dress playing with pieces of metal was a little odd. Of course, she wasn't exactly on the sane side in a normal human sense or at least not in one of those moods. She giggled as she made the metals click together, occasionally breaking a few things as she moved around the heavy piles of metal. She had a knife with her own blood on it which she used to paint on the metal contraption that she was working on. It wasn't anything useful so much as a scupture made to look like a building. The brown eyed girl hummed as she made it, tongue sticking out as she worked on certain points. When her ongue was not sticking out she was either humming or singing. It was an oddly pleasant song for her since she was batshit insane.
"Lyessy's building's on the rise, one more, one more..." She started, her voice clear through the air in the darker night hour with the tune of 'the ants go marching two by four'. "Lyessy's building's on the rise, one more, one more. One more is dead and now they dread. The madness coming to fill their head no more no more no more. Lyessy's building shall crash and burn, beware, beware. Lyessy's building shall crash and burn, beware, beware. All betrayal and hurt is there, it shouldn't belong anywhere. Fall down fall down fall down." At the last aprt of the song she started breaking down the metal building, completely ignoring the scratches the building gave to her. Since she was further to the outside of the scrapyard and she smelled like zombie to other zombies, they didn't really go after her.
So she was able to giggle all she wanted and play with her blocks and pretty red paint for now.
Word count: 466
Muse: Decent and not as odd as Lyess usually was
Music: Bird calls
Notes: Sorry... Lyess was in the mood to play. Whether one wants to attack her or not I'm ok with it but no killing.
